I would highly recommend this company if you're needing new flooring.

From visiting the showroom to having a home visit to discuss choices, the process has been super straightforward. Our job was quite large with some complicated components—such as having to move the entire kitchen island to lay the floor—but the team managed it perfectly.

The team handled the full uplift as well as the wood-style flooring and carpet installation; we are super happy with the results of both.

The guys who carried out the job were all professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. They were great at keeping us up to date on their progress, and everything was completed within the agreed timeframe.

Absolutely wonderful service and a gorgeous, quality carpet! From choosing our carpet - with in-depth guidance from knowledgeable, expert staff in the showroom - through a friendly survey visit and to final fitting day, everything was done to the 'gold standard'. The price quoted was the price paid, we were kept in touch with the progress of our order throughout. Our fitting team did an amazing job on the day, even helping us slide two VERY heavy pieces of furniture back into place. Yes, there will be cheaper places around I'm sure, but I doubt we'd have got this level of efficiency and service elsewhere.
We will be returning to Ian and the team at Floormaster in the autumn for more carpets, our repeat business reflecting satisfaction with a job extremely well done!

Floormaster was recommended to me by friends.
The service from my first meeting in the showroom to the final fitting has been outstanding.
Ian and Daniel were always very helpful with any queries helping finalise the design from such a large selection that Floormaster offer.
Matt, the fitter, has done an excellent job on the complicated design and on leaving, my home was always left clean and tidy each night.
I would not hesitate in recommending Floormaster to anyone.

We had two pieces of work done recently by Floormaster, a stairs carpet and our conservatory floor. They have done a brilliant job of both , and we will be arranging for other areas to be updated in the future. We thoroughly recommend them.

We have had a really positive experience with staff at the shop as well as the fitters. Great comms and fantastic selection of carpets to choose from with reasonable prices. The fitting is excellent and we would definitely buy again from this store. I would 100% recommend.

Fantastic service from Floormaster, Barnsley. Everything happened as promised, so friendly, efficient and helpful. Big shout out to our fitter Mark, not an easy job, especially on his own, but my what a craftsman he is. 100% care, 100% satisfaction. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend. Thank you.
