We highly recommend this company. The service we have received, from advice about flooring choices to preparation of surfaces to installation of both Amtico and carpet has been exceptional. We are delighted with the result and will be returning when we are ready to carpet upstairs. Thank you Team! Helen and John

A big thank you to Floormaster Barnsley. The dining room looks amazing with the new sisal carpet, supplied and fitted within the day. The team also corrected a problem with the threshold, and adjusted the bottom of the door to avoid dragging. Very helpful from start to finish, we can highly recommend Floormaster and all the team involved. No doubt we’ll be visiting again as the choice of flooring is vast and further projects are imminent. Thanks again Floormaster Barnsley.

We visited Floormaster in Barnsley with not really a clue with what we were after. Ian was very friendly and knowledgeable around all types of different flooring. He showed us around the showroom and gave us lots of information and allowed us time. During our visit we fell in love with a brand new flooring which had just come in and went ahead and got booked in. Measurement, ordering and fitting all done within a matter of weeks. Fitter was friendly and professional. Floor fitted within a couple of days. The floor looks amazing and we couldn’t be more happier. We would use floor master in future for all our flooring requirements. Thanks Ian and team.

Fabulous service from our first look around the show room to having our living room carpet and hallway floor fitted. Lovely and friendly staff who were happy to answer any questions we had. They came out and re looked at the floor due to it lifting slightly and rectified the issue. Couldn’t be happier with the overall outcome 😊 Thankyou to the store based workers and the fitters. Would highly recommend 🤩

Ian was very helpful. His team of fitters were very tidy and respectful. No mess left behind and all packaging removed, which hasn't been our experience from other companies. Highly recommend Floormaster.

I would highly recommend this company if you're needing new flooring. From visiting the showroom to having a home visit to discuss choices, the process has been super straightforward. Our job was quite large with some complicated components—such as having to move the entire kitchen island to lay the floor—but the team managed it perfectly. The team handled the full uplift as well as the wood-style flooring and carpet installation; we are super happy with the results of both. The guys who carried out the job were all professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. They were great at keeping us up to date on their progress, and everything was completed within the agreed timeframe.

Fantastic service from Floormaster, Barnsley. Everything happened as promised, so friendly, efficient and helpful. Big shout out to our fitter Mark, not an easy job, especially on his own, but my what a craftsman he is. 100% care, 100% satisfaction. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend. Thank you.

Great service from Ian and his team. They advised us on the options and found us exactly what we were looking for. The price was far better than we were quoted by big name brands, and we got a far superior product for it. Would highly recommend
